Our professional healthcare team works directly with each client, their family, and physician to create individual care plans.
- To ensure peace of mind. We will update the client’s loved ones regularly to answer questions or address concerns. You will have ONE point of contact throughout the entire episode of care.
- To help you interpret your healthcare coverage options. We will help you determine what will be covered under Medicare, your insurance or other payor sources. We will also help you navigate your personal co-pay deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses that may apply. We accept most private insurances, Medicare, Veteran Services, Short & Long Term insurances and Private Pay.
